CANDLE FILLS

Salvage Bohemia offers candle fills in two different ways: Website Candle Purchases and CVL + Private Sale Candle Fills. Please review the information below for the process that applies to your purchase.

WEBSITE CANDLE PURCHASES

Vessels available for purchase directly through the Salvage Bohemia website are part of our in-house inventory and are already stocked at our workshop.

The price listed on the website includes the vessel AND the complete candle wax fill. There is no additional charge for the candle fill.

How It Works

Step 1: Purchase Your Vessel
Choose and purchase your favorite vessel directly from our website.

Step 2: Select Your Fragrance
After purchasing, complete our Custom Candle Fill Form to select your fragrance.

All website candles are hand-poured with 100% coconut soy wax, non-toxic fragrance oils, and natural cotton wicks.

Turnaround Time

Because website vessels are already in our possession, these orders have a quicker turnaround time.

Please allow approximately 3–10 business days for your candle to be poured, cured, packaged, and shipped. Turnaround time may vary slightly depending on our current pouring schedule and order volume.

Tracking information will be emailed once your candle ships.

CVL + PRIVATE SALE CANDLE FILLS

This service applies to vessels purchased during a Candle Vessel Live (CVL) or through one of our participating vintage dealers/private sales.

Unlike vessels purchased directly from our website, the price paid to the dealer does not include your Salvage Bohemia candle fill.

Candle Fill: $2.30/oz — Coconut Soy Wax
Minimum Fill: 16 oz
Partial Fills: Available only for oversized vessels of 48 oz or larger.

How It Works

After purchasing your vessel from a participating dealer, the vessel is sent to the Salvage Bohemia workshop to be transformed into a candle.

Once your vessel arrives, we will calculate the fill amount and send you an invoice for the candle fill. Payment and fragrance selection must be completed before your vessel is poured.

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks after your vessel arrives at our workshop for your custom candle to be filled, packaged, and shipped.

CVL Restocking Fee

All vessels purchased during a CVL are sold with the intention of being transformed into candles.

If you decide not to have your CVL vessel filled, a 30% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs will be charged.

No exceptions.

SHIPPING DAMAGE, RETURNS + REFUNDS

We take great care when handling, filling, and packaging every vessel. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us and provide:

• Photos of the damaged vessel

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• Photo of the shipping label

• Proof of the vessel's value

These items are required in order to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Website Purchases

For vessels purchased directly through Salvage Bohemia, we may offer a replacement with a similar or different available vessel or issue an approved refund to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to process.

CVL + Private Sale Vessels

Because the original vessel was purchased from an independent dealer and Salvage Bohemia did not collect payment for that vessel, we cannot directly refund its original purchase price.

In the event of shipping damage, we will assist with filing a claim through the shipping carrier for the documented value of the vessel. Proof of value is required. Any reimbursement is subject to the carrier's approval and claims process.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Salvage Bohemia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are happy to assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide any necessary shipment documentation. Reimbursement is subject to the carrier's approval. If a claim is denied, Salvage Bohemia is unable to issue a refund for the lost or stolen package.
