UPDATED POLICIES - EFFECTIVE 9/24/24


All Private Sale and CVL Vessels MUST be:

-at minimum of 16 oz fill

-no more than 5.5” fill depth

-tested for water tightness and heat temperance of 175 degrees 

-cleaned before sending it to our workshop. If a vessel is NOT cleaned, a cleaning charge will be applied!

-approved by me


Please include a note in your box with the following information:

-Full Name of Customer

-Full Shipping Address

-Instagram/Email for Contact

-Max Fill in oz

-Value of Vessel (must be able to prove with sales receipt for insurance purposes)


***SHOPS – If you have multiple vessels for multiple customers, you MUST send this information in spreadsheet form!

$1.95/oz Coconut Soy Wax

$2.75/oz Coconut Apricot Wax (SOY FREE)


Toppers may be applied to candles. Additional $5/candle

We offer: Floral Toppers, Mica Diamond Glitter Toppers, Citrus Toppers


Gift Wrap will NO longer be available. 


Shipping

Once a vessel is received, we will send an invoice for the wax fill, gather payment and scent selections, fill and package your order. Allow 1-2 weeks for CUSTOM ORDERS before your order ships out from our workshop. If you place an order for a pre-filled candle or item from our website, you can expect your order to ship out in 3-5 business days.


***We are expecting our second son to arrive at the end of October, beginning of November. There will be a DELAY in shipping during this time. 


Returns and Refunds

We are committed to providing you with the best customer service. In the event that your vessel should arrive damaged, we will ask for you to send the following for us to file a claim with UPS/USPS:

-Photos of damaged vessel

-Photos of shipping label, box and packaging

-Proof of Value of Vessel 


There are several options for returns/refunds/replacements:

-We can offer you a replacement with a similar or different vessel of your choice. 

-We can offer you a full refund to your original form of payment. Allow 5-7 business days for processing.

-We will file a claim for you through UPS/USPS for the value of your vessel. As we did not collect the money from this sale, we will have to wait for the insurance company to issue you a check! This is why it is very important to have proof of the value of the vessel. 

***Salvage Bohemia is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, I will be happy to file a claim for you. However, if the claim is not accepted, a refund will not be issued. I am happy to provide you with all the information needed to file a claim, should you chose to do so yourself.***

CVL Restocking Fee

All vessels sold during a CVL are to be candled, should you decide that you do not want your vessel candled, a 25% charge plus shipping will be applied to your invoice. No exceptions.
